About the role
AdviniaCare is seeking an experienced LPN to join their long-term care unit at a beautiful skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive LPN care for long term care residents
- Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
- Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and keep the team informed of changes in patient status
- Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
Requirements
- Active LPN license issued by RI required
