Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

AdviniaCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their long-term care unit at their skilled nursing facility. The facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care and recognizes the importance of its LPNs in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive LPN care for long term care residents
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep the team informed of changes in patient status
• Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

Requirements

• Active LPN license issued by RI required

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have a strong background in nursing and a commitment to providing compassionate care to long-term care residents.
