Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Anthem Memory Care is hiring full‑time and part‑time nurses who want purpose‑driven work. You’ll support individuals living with memory loss, fostering dignity, patience, and understanding.

Open Roles

• 1st Shift: 7 am – 3:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3 pm – 11:30 pm
• 3rd Shift: 11 pm – 7:30 am

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assessing residents and guiding their care with intention
• Administering medications and treatments safely and confidently
• Leading and supporting CNAs & Resident Assistants
• Partnering with families (because they matter too)
• Responding to real‑time needs with both skill and heart
• Bringing energy to our Pathways of Purpose program because engagement is everything

What You’ll Need

• Active nursing license
