About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Responsibilities & Skills

- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents (Leadership).
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents (Teamwork).
- Support a respectful and positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.

Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
