About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Skills

  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents (Supportive Presence).
  • Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents (Leadership).
  • Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents (Teamwork).
  • Support a respectful and positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
  • Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
  • Proficient medication management skills.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
