About the role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sage Bluff Health & Rehab, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
