Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support resident care. Our nursing team earned a deficiency-free Health Survey in 2026, and 91% of our employees say their work is meaningful.

About the role

This is a PRN, on-call role where you can pick up shifts ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on your availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning
• Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on personalized care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Iowa license, or active multistate license from an NLC compact state)
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English (needed to communicate directly with residents, families, and the care team)

Qualifications

Preferred: Long-term care experience (new grads welcome)

Pay

• $25.00–$31.33/hour based on experience
• $3.25 PM and $3.50 NOC shift differentials
• Holiday and on-call pay

Schedule

• PRN, on-call
• Shifts available: 2:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–6:00am, and 6:00am–2:00pm
• Pick up part-time to full-time hours based on your availability
