About the role
Earn $32.00 an hour, with credit for experience, shift differentials, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses, as a full-time LPN at Maple Crest Health Center, a 175-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Omaha.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
- Implement and evaluate care interventions
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on individualized care plans
Requirements
- Active NE LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English
