What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes throughout Westchester County
- Work independently while still having the full support of a responsive clinical team
- Assignments include 12-hour day shifts, overnight shifts, and skilled nursing visits

What We’re Looking For
- Active New York State LPN license and current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations within the last 10 years
- Valid driver’s license preferred
