Responsibilities

Requirements

- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience a plus!) - Active CT LPN license - Current BLS certification - Eligibility to work in the U.S. - Driver’s license (preferred) - Recent physical exam (within 1 year) - PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
