Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Service Areas: Passaic County, including Clifton, Passaic, Wayne, and surrounding communities.

Pay

• $45.00 per hour for nursing shifts
• $85.00 per LPN visit

Schedule

• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Day shifts
• Overnight shifts

Assignments are based on patient needs and nurse availability.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical exemption
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred qualifications

• Ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) care
• Medical-Surgical
• Home Care

Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is preferred but not required.
