Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a client in Port Jefferson, NY.
- Care includes straight catheter care and skilled nursing services.
Requirements
- Active New York State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Physical exam within the past 12 months.
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years.
- MRI immunization within the past 10 years.
