Responsibilities
- Under RN supervision, provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients/residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current license or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
