About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide quality nursing care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Assign duties to CNAs and provide clinical supervision
- Help patients attain or maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Adhere to all applicable laws and standards
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active licensure in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current)
Skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Competence in delivering quality nursing care
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude towards patients
