Responsibilities

• Manage individualized patient care
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
• Taking vital signs
• Performing assessments
• Administering medications
• Caring for wounds
• Oversight of patient treatment plans
• Affirm safety and physical comfort of the residents
• Satisfy the patient's emotional needs

Qualifications

• A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required
• Valid CPR certification
