About the role
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
Responsibilities
- Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing.
- Participates in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinates the provision of resident care according to the care plans.
Requirements
- Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR

Shifts available: 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
Pay
$31.50 - $31.50 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
