Acts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing neighborhood. In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents, participate in the supervision of nursing assistants, and coordinate resident care according to care plans.

- Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
