About the role
Deliver quality nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within an interdisciplinary team, promoting physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Adhere to legal, regulatory, and quality standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active state LPN license.
- CPR certification (must remain current).
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent care.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- At least one year of skilled nursing experience (preferred).
