Requirements

• Current LPN license in applicable state as well as CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Able to work at least 18 years of age
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
