Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Assisted Living!
About the role
For over 37 years, the company has served seniors and their families across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, and Tennessee, offering independent, enhanced, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing services. The organization focuses on forming authentic connections and creating the best possible experiences for residents and their families each day.
The company lives by an “Employee First” philosophy: employees come first, everyone is part of one team with one plan, and decisions are made with empathy and the lens of every employee in mind. This includes scheduled monthly conversations between each employee and their leader to discuss performance, growth, and opportunities to improve both the employee and customer experience.
The mission is to make every minute of the day exceptional—there are 1,440 minutes in a day—supported by six pillars: Dream Big, Have Courage, Take Initiative, Be Accountable, Give Back, and Enjoy it. Employees are empowered to perform like leaders, to put the needs of others first, to treat each other as family, and to collaborate closely to generate the biggest ideas. The organization seeks high‑performers with diverse skill‑sets and big hearts who believe true happiness is found in serving others.
