Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
- Document resident care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
