Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver care for a group of patients with needs of varying complexity
- Plan, direct, assess, and provide nursing care according to hospital and department policies and procedures
- Provide basic bedside care
- Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well-being
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of recent and related experience in an acute care hospital, as required by the facility
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and administering medication
- Active BLS certification, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by the facility
