About the role
Licensed Practical Nurses are actively being hired to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY.
Responsibilities
- Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid NY State LPN license
- In good standing with State Registry

Pay
Base rate: $28.37–$32.52 per hour based on experience, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evening and night shifts.
Now offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for the first 5 full-time hires.
