About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Performing resident assessments, recording vital signs, administering medications and treatments
- Keeping accurate documentation and communicating effectively with medical personnel
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility
- Participating in training, mentoring team members, and adhering to care plans
- Responding rapidly to emergency situations and ensuring safety
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an LPN or LVN in good standing
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, technical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push up to 250 lbs, and perform active duties
