Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $25.74-$32.28/hr + Weekend Differential

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments, administer medications and treatments, and record vital signs accurately.
• Ensure timely documentation and communicate effectively with medical personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, following the Resident Care Plan.
• Participate in training, mentoring team members, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current, in-good-standing state licensure as an LPN or LVN.
• Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Preferred 1-2 years of healthcare experience; a four-year degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing conditions, and demonstrate initiative.

Physical & Work Environment

Requires active physical effort, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing up to 250 lbs. The role involves long hours, with potential night and weekend shifts, and occasional travel for training.
