Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
About the role
Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home health care services, particularly for pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy or ventilator care. This role focuses on providing one-on-one care in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Provide focused, consistent care in a home setting
- Deliver care with confidence and consistency
Requirements
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Access to the Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
Qualifications
Experience in pediatric home health care is preferred but not required. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay
Compensation details are confidential and will be discussed during the interview process. However, eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package.
Schedule
