About the Role
Bella Terra Wheeling, a leader in healthcare quality and safety with the Gold Seal of Approval® Certification from The Joint Commission, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. As the preferred post-acute care provider for NorthShore Hospital and Northwest Community Hospital, we offer a dynamic work environment in the prestigious North Shore district of Wheeling, Illinois. Our specialized services, including an Inotropic Program, Wound Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, and Memory Care, allow our team to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments.
- Act as a team leader and advocate for residents.
- Maintain a high standard of care to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
