About the role
In this position, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides
- Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy
- Documents care using electronic charting systems
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults

Pay
$28.41 - $32.22 per hour based on experience
Schedule
- Full-time, benefits-eligible position
- Nights (NOC): 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Assisted Living or Memory Care)
