Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 20000 Bonus

About the role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Baptist Health & Rehab, you’ll help residents experience independence by providing high-quality clinical care, administer medications, and work closely with the team to ensure each resident’s well-being. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
Responsibilities
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
- Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
- Performs additional duties as required
Requirements
- Current ND RN or LPN license required
- 1+ year of LTC experience preferred, but not required
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay
- Wage range: $29.32+ per hour depending on experience
- Shift differential: $2 for night shifts
- Bonus: Up to $20,000 for LPNs
- Pick-up shift incentives: Earn up to $25.00/hour extra for eligible 12-hour pick-up shifts and up to $12.00/hour extra for shorter pick-up shifts
- Weekend premium pay: Earn an additional $1.00/hour on all weekend shifts
- Monthly performance bonus: Earn the equivalent of an extra $1.00/hour for excellent attendance and completing required education
