Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 1:1 Private Duty Homecare

BAYADA Home Health Care is now offering private-duty skilled nursing services in Greater Richmond, Virginia.

About the Role

We cater to an array of clients ranging from infants to older adults, with needs spanning low acuity to trach and vent care. We invest in our nurses by providing extensive training to help you thrive on your cases.

• Current needs: Overnights and Weekend Hours
• $2,000 overnight sign-on bonus
• Baylor/Weekend Nurse Program – additional 8hrs bonus pay for shifts between 3pm Fridays and 7am Mondays
• Must be flexible with case assignments and covering shifts if canceled from your scheduled client
• Provide service to a client on two major holidays per year (you choose which holidays)
• Minimum of 16 hours per weekend, maximum of 32 hours per weekend (bonus paid only when requirements are fulfilled)
• Must not exceed 2 call-outs per quarter

What Makes Private Duty Nursing Different

• Traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Build client relationships and witness their milestones

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current LPN nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay

Up to $36/hr based on qualifications
