Responsibilities

• Provide patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and general needs
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Implement and follow individualized care plans
• Utilize specialized interventions to support patient recovery
• Serve as a patient-care innovator within the care team
• Ensure adherence to professional nursing standards
• Deliver comprehensive care while leveraging technology to improve outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current state LPN licensure
• CPR/BCLS certification
• Preferred: ACLS and IV certification
• Preferred: Six months of Medical/Surgical experience in acute care
