Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly + Signing Bonus

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as needed.
