Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly + Hiring Bonus

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Per Diem positions in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.Administer medications and treatments.Collect, document patient information, and monitor patient conditions.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare team members and report changes in patient status.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license.Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD test within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
