Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly + Hiring Bonus

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a per diem capacity, providing essential nursing care in various healthcare facilities within Hampton Roads. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care within the LPN scope, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care.Collect, document, and monitor patient information and condition changes.Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient education.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license and minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification and recent PPD test.Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
