Responsibilities

• Bring care plans to life under the guidance of an RN
• Teach and support patients with preventative and recovery care
• Ensure services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other care professionals
• Maintain patient safety, documentation, and infection control standards
• Help patients regain independence and dignity

Requirements

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus)
• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
• Compassionate approach and passion for helping others thrive

Working Conditions

Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment, phone, and computer. Frequent client and customer contact.

Pay

Compensation range for this position is USD $26.00 to USD $34.00 per hour. Offer amount considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the role, candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
