About the role
This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services as prescribed.
- Assess signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Document patient data.
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience.
