Licensed Practical Nurse- Hartford

Position Summary

The LPN is responsible for delivering clinical care and working closely with medical providers, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of primary health care services to all patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nurse program required.
• Associates in a related field preferred.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience providing nursing services to patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
• Outpatient primary care settings experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
