Shift Availability
- Full Time / Part-Time Day (7 a–3 p / 7 a–7 p)
- Evening (3 p–11 p)
- Night (11 p–7 a / 7 p–7 a)
Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.
Pay
$31.00 to $34.59 per hour (plus applicable shift differentials). Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (limited time). Access to daily pay.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Assist with resident comfort
- Collect samples and monitor catheters
- Provide wound care
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to all policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration)
- Coach staff as necessary
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
