Licensed Practical Nurse (Greenville, Indianola-PRN)

Responsibilities

• Triage patients
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals in a well-organized, detail-oriented manner
• Work independently and unsupervised while maintaining a superior work ethic
• Ensure referrals are addressed in a timely manner
• Remind patients of their appointments
• Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for general computer tasks

Requirements

• Certificate of Completion (Licensed Practical Nurse degree)
• Must be IV certified
• Completed LPN or LVN license required upon starting work
• 1 year of healthcare or nursing experience preferred
