About the role
Provide quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assign duties to and instruct and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/VN license
- CPR certification (obtained at hire or during orientation)
- Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience

- Ability to make independent decisions
- Competent in delivering quality nursing care
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
Pay
Compensation includes shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
