Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, provide clinical supervision to CNAs, and support patients in achieving optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all laws and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited LPN program, hold an active LPN/LVN license, with preferred one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification required and must remain current. Demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
