Licensed Practical Nurse - Family Practice Norwich

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider. The primary department is UHS Primary Care Norwich Primary.

Work Shift

The work shift is Day and the regular scheduled weekly hours are 40.

Compensation

The compensation range is $21.80 - $32.60 per hour, depending on experience. Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500. Early-career candidates may qualify for up to $12,500 in tuition forgiveness.

Education/Experience

Minimum required: Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Minimum required license/certification: Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.

Basic Skills

Preferred basic skills certifications (CPR).
