Licensed Practical Nurse - East Campus Neurology

Location: Hershey, PA

Full Time | 1.00 FTE | Day shift: Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider. The LPN will observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care in the electronic medical record, instruct patients and families according to teaching plans, and communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate individualized patient care. Potential for hybrid opportunity once trained.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to completion of orientation
