Licensed Practical Nurse - Dialysis

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide nursing care to assigned patients under supervision of the RN or designated supervisor.Collect patient data through observation and communicate findings to support assessment and care planning.Participate as a team member, delivering care according to the patient care plan, policies, and principles of relationship-based care.Mentor, instruct, and contribute to quality improvement projects. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or passed LPN Boards.One year of recent LPN experience preferred; additional experience beneficial.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working in team environments and familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.Current LPN license per state requirements and BLS certification; additional certifications as needed. Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and computer proficiency.
