About the role
This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Document diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS certification.
Preferred
- At least one year of professional nursing experience.
