About the role
Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee and coordinate healthcare services at the Meriwether County Jail. This position is ideal for an experienced LPN looking for a leadership role with a consistent weekday schedule, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact. The role focuses on coordinating care and ensuring quality services rather than supervising employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations within the facility
- Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor quality initiatives and support a safe, efficient healthcare environment
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
Schedule
Full-time, days: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
