- Provide direct patient care, nursing assessments, and administer medications and treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, correctional staff, and leadership to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor quality initiatives to promote a safe and efficient healthcare environment.
- Participate in on-call duties as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Experience in healthcare coordination and direct patient care.
- Strong documentation and compliance knowledge.
