Contributes to the overall patient experience. Supports the clinical team in administrative tasks. Monitors and adheres to metrics-based performance standards. Facilitates seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.

Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications
Excellent Customer Service skills, Strong computer skills, Experience with internet-based applications, Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records programs, Call center/Clinic telephony experience.

Pay
This position pays $20.12 - $37.42 per hour.
