Licensed Practical Nurse - Consultative Medicine General Internal Medicine - LPN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered nursing care within a busy academic internal medicine division. Responsibilities include: conducting patient visits (face-to-face and telehealth), reviewing health histories and medications, administering immunizations, performing focused nutrition assessments, and managing blood pressure visits. The LPN collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff, assisting in patient assessments, collecting data, and supporting care planning. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or passing the LPN Boards, with one year of recent LPN experience preferred. Must hold an active LPN license, BLS certification, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with electronic medical records and adaptability to dynamic clinical environments are desired. Key skills: effective communication, collaboration, flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing setting. Additional requirements: Ability to obtain state licensure, maintain BLS certification, and work daytime hours. The position is nonexempt, full-time, with a schedule Monday–Friday, day shifts, and no weekends.
