Licensed Practical Nurse Clinic Lead - Multi Specialty

About the Role

This position provides direction, leadership, and accountability for Medical Assistants. Under general supervision, you will perform a wide variety of direct and technical nursing care functions for acute, sub-acute, convalescent, and chronic patients in accordance with nursing care plans and physicians' orders. As the Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all patient referrals and processing all requests for referral authorizations.

You must work cooperatively as a team member and demonstrate behaviors of trust and respect toward clinical and non-clinical support associates, resident/faculty physicians, hospital associates, and management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an LPN program required.
• LPN licensure in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification required.

Schedule

8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
