What You'll Do

• Accept accountability for provision of care, as part of the RN led team, in accordance with the current policies and procedures.
• Provide non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, and specimen collection.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Deliver empathetic support to patients throughout their care journey.

What We're Looking For

Education

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, required.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement.
• Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.

Licensure/Certification

• Appropriate state LPN license, required.
• Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.

Additional Skills/Requirements

• Required: Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
• Preferred: Leadership development.
